Grégory Stoupnitzky

Grégory was appointed to the Board of Eland Oil & Gas in 2016. He also serves as an Independent Director of Twelve Seas Investment Company, a Nasdaq quoted blank check company and is currently an Advisory Director with Innolith AG, a private company developing new battery technology for utility scale power storage and other applications. In recent years, he served on the boards of Azonto Petroleum, now Calima Energy Ltd., and Vioco Petroleum. Grégory has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the energy and natural resources sectors. He held senior positions with Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns and Renaissance Capital in London, Moscow and New York, where he worked with both companies and investor groups operating assets across emerging markets including Latin America, the CIS and Sub-Saharan Africa.
