Erika Swarandani has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Erika started their career in 2003 as an HR Officer at Charoen Pokphand Indonesia in Jakarta. Erika then worked at TASS Consulting as a Junior Associate before moving on to PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications as an HR Remuneration & Services Specialist. In 2008, they joined PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka as an HR Development Officer. Erika then worked at Commonwealth Life, where they held two positions: Recruitment & Career Management Unit Head and later HR Operation Unit Head. Erika'smost recent role was at PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi, where they served as Head of Talent Acquisition & Total Reward / Chief Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Officer. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment, and development.
