Prior to Gojek, Fikar held regional roles at Johnson & Johnson and The Coca-Cola Company, where they focused on content excellence, social commerce, and digital marketing. Fikar also served in various digital marketing and management roles at Johnson & Johnson and Coca-Cola, where they built stronger digital capabilities and led the Coca-Cola Indonesia digital ecosystem.
