Yuliana Dewi

Yuliana Dewi's work experience includes being the Head of Organization Development & Talent Management and HRBP at PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk since August 2018. Prior to that, they worked at PT Avrist Assurance, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of Organization Development & Staff Training and People Development Senior Manager from July 2013 to July 2018. From May 2008 to July 2013, Yuliana was the Head of Leadership School - Learning & Development at Arya Noble. Yuliana also worked as the People Development Section Head at PT Panarub Industry from January 2007 to April 2008.

Yuliana Dewi attended Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Psychology. In addition, they obtained certifications such as Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2009, and Certified Human Resources General Manager by BNSP from Emtek (PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk) in 2023. Yuliana also holds certifications in Certified Life Insurance from AAMAI and LOMA 280 from LOMA.
