Pavlína Kropáčková

Pavlína Kropáčková is the Director of R&D Division at Elanor. Pavlína has over fifteen years of experience in business analysis and software design, focusing on SAP Ariba implementations and integrations with SAP. Pavlína has led SAP Ariba Guided Buying implementations from a technical standpoint for a number of countries. Pavlína has also worked as a freelance consultant and project manager for various companies. In their previous role as a Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard, they were responsible for managing a global strategic project for a leading telecommunications player. Pavlína is also a co-founder of Art 4 People.

Pavlína Kropáčková received their Master of Laws from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in International Tax Law. Pavlína also holds a Master's in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business. In addition, they are certified by APMG International in Prince 2 Practitioner and by Goethe Institut in Business German - Level C1 of the European Framework.

They are on a team with Ondřej Kolařík - Director, Sales & Delivery, Petr Houžvík - IT Manager, and Jana Hasalová - Internal Auditor. Pavlína Kropáčková reports to Filip Bušina, CEO.
