Shruti More is an Associate in Corporate Access for Institutional Equities at Elara Capital since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shruti worked as an Equity Trader at ICICI Direct from May 2021 to May 2022, and as a Customer Service Consultant at IDFC FIRST Bank from September 2019 to May 2021. Shruti began the professional journey as an intern at Sharekhan in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management Studies with a focus on Marketing from both Mumbai University and Vivekanand Education Society's College of Arts, Science and Commerce, completed in 2019.
