Dan Manley

Dan Manley has a wealth of experience in tax and consulting. Dan started their career at Ernst & Young LLP in 1993, where they served as a Manager and worked with various clients on accounting and tax issues. Dan then moved to KPMG LLP in 1999 and became a Senior Manager, advising clients on restructuring transactions and strategies. In 2002, they joined Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Manager, where they continued to work with clients on accounting, tax, and compliance matters. Dan then joined Sabre Holdings in 2004 as a Director, managing the tax function for a business unit and overseeing tax returns and filings. Dan later worked as a Director at both Grant Thornton LLP and Whitley Penn, where they continued to consult with clients on a wide range of accounting and tax issues. In 2015, they started their own consulting company, DanMan Consulting, LLC, before joining Elara Caring in 2018 as a Tax Director and eventually becoming the Vice President of Tax in 2020. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in ensuring tax compliance, managing tax provisions, and providing comprehensive tax consulting services to clients.

Dan Manley attended Texas Tech University from 1987 to 1991, and they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
