Felicity Cowin

Felicity Cowin is a registered nurse with extensive experience in case management and health coaching. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Elara Caring since July 2024, Felicity employs strong communication skills in case management. Felicity has also been self-employed as a Certified Health Coach since December 2016, utilizing nursing expertise to help clients achieve their goals. Prior roles include Hybrid RN Case Manager at DaVita Kidney Care and RN Care Manager at Washington Regional, both emphasizing calming communication and phone etiquette. Felicity previously worked as a Case Management Nurse at NW Physician Specialty Hospital, focusing on claims management. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
