Jacqueline Combs is an experienced billing professional with a strong background in hospice and behavioral health billing operations. Currently serving as the Hospice Billing Manager at Elara Caring since August 2021, Jacqueline oversees the billing department's daily activities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this, Jacqueline held the position of Client Financial Services Billing Supervisor at Burrell Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included guiding teams to reduce accounts receivable aging and improving billing processes. With previous leadership roles as Manager of Hospice Billing at HEALTHCAREfirst and Supervisor of Instruction at American Red Cross, Jacqueline has consistently demonstrated expertise in staff management, process improvement, and compliance within the healthcare billing sector.
