Monte Horton

Monte Horton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both technology and worship leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of ServiceNow Application Delivery at Elara Caring since January 2023, Monte previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at CommunityCare where skills in ServiceNow and software development were applied from April 2015 to January 2023. Monte has also contributed to various churches in worship leadership roles, including as a Worship Leader at NorthStar Church South County and The Crossing @ BCC. Furthermore, experience as an Executive Pastor and Creative Arts Director at Foundation Church showcases a strong background in managing worship experiences and creative projects. Monte holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University and has engaged in part-time instructing at Victory Bible College, focusing on team dynamics and mentorship.
