As the Founder and CEO of Elasta Consulting since June 2021, Anne Rush has transitioned from a notable career at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where roles included Vice President of Global Digital Employee Experience and various director positions focused on strategy, planning, and measurement. Prior experience at Bay Cove Human Services as a Development Assistant complements a robust background in managing human resources functions. Anne Rush holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and a BA in Corporate Systems from Boston College.
