Ashlea Desroches, CHRL, is a seasoned professional in human resources with expertise in people operations and talent strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People & Culture at Elastic Path since March 2022, Ashlea has focused on evolving people practices in a global SaaS environment. Previously, Ashlea held roles at Diamond Marketing Group and OMD Canada, emphasizing employee experience and organizational initiatives. Ashlea began the HR career as an HR Coordinator overseeing onboarding and payroll and transitioned from a managerial role at Sporting Life to HR.
