Caroline Nedzela

Caroline Nedzela is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently, Caroline serves as a Senior Manager in the Risk Management Group at Macquarie Group since January 2021, following a role as Senior Manager and Assurance Lead for the Global Business Operational Risk Framework at Macquarie Capital. Prior to that, Caroline was a Risk Manager for Market Operations at Commonwealth Bank, focusing on institutional clients and transaction banking. Caroline's career began at BNP Paribas, where various positions included Operational Risk & Control in Global Markets and Senior Business Analyst for the CIB P&L Platforms Program.
