Gautam Makhija

Gautam Makhija currently serves as the Vice President of Global Services at Elastic Path, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Gautam was the Vice President of Professional Services at Salsify, where responsibilities included overseeing global customer onboarding for various implementations. Prior roles include SVP Customer Success at BERA Brand Management, where transformations to a SaaS model were led, and SVP Professional Services at Interactions LLC, managing a 200-member consultancy team with a $25M P&L. Gautam's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Salesforce and Demandware, where contributions were pivotal during the Salesforce acquisition, along with earlier roles at Oracle and edocs.
