Jim Dzingirai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and account management. Currently, Jim serves as the Manager of Global Customer Support at Elastic Path since September 2016, having previously held the position of Support Team Lead for North America from June 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Jim worked at Personify Corp from May 2008 to April 2019, where responsibilities included handling enterprise client issues and developing support processes as both an Account Manager and Senior Software Support Consultant. Earlier career highlights include a role as a Charity Fundraiser at Bond Marketing and a self-employed Software Developer, where custom software solutions were created for local businesses. Jim earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 1995 and 1999.
