Isabela Freire

Isabela Freire is a seasoned design leader and currently serves as the Senior Product Designer and AI Assistant Lead at Elastic, where they focus on enhancing the user experience for Observability and Security AI Assistants. With over a decade of experience, Isabela has held various roles, including Art Director at Atellani and Design Team Lead at Arduino, where they directed and inspired a team of over 15 designers. They have also contributed as a jury member for the Digital Design Awards and provided mentorship to early career designers through adplist.org. Isabela holds multiple degrees in design and communication, showcasing a strong foundation in both visual and product design.
