Julie Baxter-Rudd

Julie Baxter-Rudd serves as the VP of Global Customer Support at Elastic since March 2022. Previous roles include Vice President of Technical Support for EMEA & APAC at OpenText, and a series of leadership positions at CA Technologies, culminating in Vice President of Global Customer Support. With extensive experience in customer support management, Julie has been responsible for performance management, professional development, and driving high employee engagement to enhance customer experiences across various regions. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Teesside University and a BND in Computer Studies from North Lindsey College.
