Previously, Karthik held the title of Area Vice President & Country Head at Freshworks, where the focus was on driving digital transformation for significant clients. Karthik's extensive experience spans various roles, including Senior Director positions at Akamai Technologies and sales leadership roles at Salesforce and Microsoft. A graduate of SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research with a PGDM in Information Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Karthik has consistently demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer and employee experiences across diverse industries.
