Martha Watts

Martha Watts is a seasoned professional in leadership and team performance, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Elastic since March 2021. Previously, Martha held various strategic roles at Mind Gym from March 2013 to February 2021, including Solutions Strategy Director and Solutions Strategy Manager, where expertise in business psychology and instructional design was applied to address client challenges and develop global behavioral change programs. Earlier experience includes positions at the Association of Business Psychologists, Tekuchi, and Futurelab, with a strong research background in education technology. Martha holds a First Class Honours degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol and further education from City, University of London.
