Mike Schmitt

Mike Schmitt is a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in driving enterprise and strategic sales across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President for Elastic since June 2022, Mike leads a high-performing team focused on the Southeast market. Prior to this, Mike held a pivotal role at Okta, Inc. as a Sales Leader overseeing a team of Account Executives on the East Coast. Mike's earlier experience includes positions as Regional Director at Bloomberg Industry Group, where a successful sales and service team was managed, earning the 2019 Team Spotlight Award, and as Regional Manager at Bloomberg BNA. Mike's career also encompasses roles in direct marketing, public relations, and team management in various capacities, with educational credentials including a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
