Shannon Löfgren

Shannon Löfgren is an experienced marketing operations professional with a strong background in optimizing processes and leading teams. At Elastic since October 2019, Shannon has progressed through various roles including Global Marketing Operations Manager and Team Lead, focusing on data quality, campaign implementation, and performance tracking. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing Intelligence and Pricing Analyst at Atlas Copco, where Shannon led a pricing committee, and holding academic positions at Rotterdam School of Management as a Teaching Assistant and Student Representative. Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Business Information Management and has completed a Data Science Professional certification from IBM.
