Uttam Kumar Sanghi

Uttam Kumar Sanghi is the Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Elastic since July 2021, leading talent acquisition initiatives for the India and APJ region while establishing the function from the ground up. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Talent Acquisition for APJ at Micro Focus, where a 22% reduction in time-to-fill was achieved through strategic initiatives. As a Talent Acquisition Leader at Cloudera, Uttam successfully grew the APJ Technical Support team and enhanced recruitment processes. Additional roles include Recruitment Manager at Belong.co, Lead Technical Recruiter at Zenefits, and APAC Recruiting Manager at SAP, where significant technical team scaling occurred. Earlier experience at Wenger & Watson Inc. involved diverse roles in recruitment and team leadership. Uttam Kumar Sanghi holds a BE in Telecommunication from RV College Of Engineering.
