Betuel Torrez

Betuel Torrez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and music education. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Elation Health since August 2020, Betuel has progressed through various roles in technical support, enhancing customer service and technical troubleshooting capabilities. Concurrently, Betuel has been an Academic Coordinator and Music Educator at Instituto CanZion since January 2015, facilitating virtual training, developing music literacy, and coordinating educational programs for students. Previous roles include Shift Lead positions at Sol Food - Puerto Rican Cuisine and Jamba Juice, where Betuel demonstrated strong leadership, staff training, and customer service skills.
