Kristen Caldarella

Kristen Caldarella, MHA, currently serves as the Practice Innovation Manager at Elation Health, a role held since May 2022. Prior to this position, Kristen was a Product Manager at Clarify Health Solutions for a brief period following the acquisition of Embedded Healthcare, where Kristen spent nearly three years as Manager and Senior Associate in Payment Model Solutions and Product. Kristen's early career includes significant roles at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, encompassing Project Manager and Senior Research Coordinator in the Division of Health Policy, and Clinical Research Coordinator focused on health economics. Additional experience includes positions at Accolade, Inc., Gundersen Lutheran, and the Rhode Island Department of Health. Kristen earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Brown University.
