Dipali Shah has worked for three companies over the past 25 years. Dipali began their career in 1995 as a Mehandi/Hairstylist Artist at edulhan.com. In 2002, they began working at elaunchers.com as the CEO, where they managed company culture, hired to fit, managed finances and growth for five years, and kept all teams together to make a family company. Dipali also worked at Listlaunchers.com as a Graphic Designer in 2002.

Dipali Shah attended CLARK university Graphic Design from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Graphic & Web Design with a focus in Web Design. Dipali then attended SNDT College from 1987 to 1994, where they earned a Master's Degree in Fine Art & Painting.
