Greg Buete

Greg Buete has over 20 years of experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Greg began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Lead at ALLTEL, Inc. in 1995, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Quality Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting, Inc. Greg then joined Interview USA, Inc. in 2003 as a Quality Assurance Lead before moving to Elavon, Inc. in 2004. At Elavon, they held various roles such as Quality Assurance Manager, Sr. Director NA SQA, Vice President of Software Quality Engineering, and currently serves as the Vice President of Technical Portfolio Manager. Greg has managed large teams and successfully grew the quality assurance department by 600 percent while maintaining low turnover. Greg is experienced in managing resources, conducting evaluations and staff development, and overseeing the quality assurance process for major high-speed payment processing service providers.

Greg Buete attended Cardinal Mooney High School from 1985 to 1988. Greg later pursued higher education at the University of Florida from 1988 to 1993. Greg has obtained certifications such as Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., ETA CPP from the Electronic Transactions Association, and ISTQB CTFL from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, with specific completion dates not provided.
