Jordan Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. They started their career at PwC, where they held roles as a Manager and later a Senior Manager in the Consumer Finance Group. In these roles, they focused on areas such as asset servicing efficiency, regulatory capital impact analysis, process improvement, compliance/regulatory, and financial reporting & controls.
After their tenure at PwC, Reynolds joined SunTrust as a Senior Vice President in the Treasury & Payment Solutions department. They held this position for three years before moving on to Elavon, Inc.
At Elavon, Reynolds has held various leadership positions, including Global Partnerships Leader, Head of Global Debit Commercial Product, and Global Head of Processing Solutions. In their current role as EVP, Head of Global Platforms, they are responsible for the leadership and management of Elavon's global platforms, which generate over $1 billion in annual revenue. Their focus areas include liquidity solutions, compliance, and technology.
Reynolds' work experience highlights their expertise in product strategy, implementation, performance analysis, business process design, documentation, and technical design of systems. They have a strong track record of driving revenue and delivering new global products and services aligned with business strategies.
Jordan Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from American University. Later, Jordan pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2004 to 2006.
