The Culinary Team at Elawa Farm Foundation, comprising a Pastry Assistant, Pastry Chef, and Resident Chef, is responsible for creating and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals and baked goods. They support the foundation's mission by providing culinary education, developing farm-to-table recipes, and utilizing locally sourced ingredients to promote sustainable food practices within the Lake County community.
