Baruch Finarov

Baruch Finarov is a Mechanical Team Leader with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and directing projects in various high-tech industries. Currently at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2016, Baruch oversees the optical-mechanical design process from concept to serial production. Previously, at NCF, Baruch led efforts in developing Thermo-Electrochemical reactors aimed at transforming CO2 emissions into clean fuels and chemicals. Between November 2008 and September 2011, Baruch was the Mechanics discipline leader at BrightView Systems, focusing on on-line metrology systems for photovoltaic panel production. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ziv-Av Engineering, where design and manufacturing technologies were honed, as well as an early role in production at Nova Measuring Instruments. Baruch holds a BSc Cum Laude in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
