Or Maor is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of the New Product Introduction assembly team at Elbit Systems Ltd, focusing on the NPI process for LRF products since January 2023. Previously, from May 2012 to December 2022, Maor worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Ashot Ashkelon Industries Ltd, specializing in build-to-print projects for military and aerospace clients, including Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, Boeing, and the Israel Defense Forces. Maor's expertise includes CAD design, model machining processes, and management of ERP & BOM databases, along with significant contributions to cost reduction initiatives through process improvements and VBA programming for Excel MRB reports. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, completed in 2014.
