Shalom B. is currently the Vice President of Operations at Elbit Systems Israel, a role they have held since 2023. They previously spent several years at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they held various management positions, including Tactical Lasers Business Unit Manager and Program Manager, from 2015 to 2018.
