Yulia Shmerlin

Yulia Shmerlin is an experienced professional in software quality and product management, currently serving as the Head of the SW Quality Group at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2022, after holding the position of SW Quality Manager in the company from 2021 to 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager in the private sector from 2015 to 2021 and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Haifa from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Logic and Formal Specifications. Earlier in her career, Yulia worked as a QA Engineer at Discretix, which was acquired by ARM, from 2008 to 2011. Yulia holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of Haifa, along with additional education from the Technion.
