Robert Biggers

Robert Biggers brings extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT operations, serving as CISO and Senior Director of IT Operations at Elbit Systems of America from January 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included quality assurance and relationship building. Prior to this, Robert held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force from June 2012 to January 2018, including Deputy Group Commander for the 688th Operations Group, overseeing over 550 cyberspace security professionals, and Squadron Commander of the AFSPC Cyberspace Support Squadron, commanding a 158-member unit. Robert also commanded a 14-member unit as Detachment Commander for Det 2, 318th Cyberspace Operations Group, focusing on cyber integration at the Air Force Warfare Center. Academically, Robert holds an MBA with a focus on Aerospace & Defense from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Professional Certificate in Cloud & DevOps Continuous Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
