Shane Hill

Shane Hill, LCB, CCS, serves as the Director of Customs Compliance & Import/Export Operations at Elbit Systems of America, where responsibilities include leading the Import Trade Compliance team and managing ATF program compliance. With a robust background in customs compliance, Shane previously held roles at PepsiCo, where management of the customs compliance team involved HTS, FDA product classification, and broker management. Additional experience includes strategic project management in global customs compliance at Navistar Inc, development of trade recruitment services at FPC of Arlington Heights, and foundational customs compliance contributions at Leggett & Platt and ETA/Cuisenaire. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
