Taylor Mercer

Taylor Mercer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and program management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director for Howitzer Programs at Elbit Systems of America since January 2020, Taylor has previously held significant roles including Chief of Staff and Technical Lead to the CEO. Prior experience includes positions at BAE Systems, where Taylor excelled as Program Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer Principal, focusing on aircraft integration and quality oversight for military systems. Earlier career highlights include key quality engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, overseeing F-35 production and operations on various aircraft programs.
