Tracy Hamilton Garbee

Tracy Hamilton Garbee, CCMP, has extensive experience in contract management, currently serving as Vice President of Contracts at Elbit Systems of America since October 2011. Tracy has held several key positions within the company, progressing from Sr. Director of Contract Operations to Director of Contracts for the Airborne Business Unit, as well as Sr. and Manager of Contracts. Prior to Elbit Systems, Tracy worked at BAE Systems from October 2004 to September 2011 as a Sr. Subcontract Administrator, contributing to a strong foundation in subcontract management.
