Kim Cashmer

Serving as the Executive Director since 2014, Kim's career at Elcam, Inc. actually began as a student summer worker in 1988. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, she was hired full-time in the Quality Department. In 1992, Kim was promoted to Program Specialist at the St. Marys facility, then promoted again in 1993 to Human Resources/Program Specialist in the then-new Clearfield facility. She was instrumental with the creation of the DuBois facility, and promoted to Plant Manager there in 1995. Kim remained at the DuBois facility until being promoted to Executive Director.
