Lisa was hired in the Clearfield facility in 2000, starting in production and eventually attaining the position of Shipping Clerk. She was retained when the Clearfield facitily was combined with the DuBois facility in 2009, providing valuable help in that transition. In 2014, Lisa became the Shipping Clerk for the DuBois facility. She was then promoted to Plant Manager of the DuBois facility in 2016.
