Sergejs Kuzema

Sergejs Kuzema is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at Elcoin since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sergejs held various positions at NORVIK BANKA, serving as both Senior Project Manager and Project Manager from November 2004 to August 2020. Earlier career experiences include programming at Robertson & Blums Corporation (1999 - 2004), and a position as Sector Manager at Rīgas Komercbanka AS (1994 - 1999). Sergejs began a professional journey as an Engineer-programmer at the Information Centre of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Latvia (1991 - 1994). Academically, Sergejs Kuzema earned an Engineer’s Degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Riga Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (1986 - 1991), followed by a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Transport and Telecommunication Institute (1998 - 2001) and Latvijas Universitate (2001 - 2003), respectively, culminating in a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (2004 - 2006).
