Brett Harsha

Brett Harsha has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as the Water/Wastewater Department Manager at Elcon Associates, Inc. since 2014, where responsibilities include electrical design and business development. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Designer at NPC Van Nat and Intel Corporation, as well as Senior Electrical Designer at Corbin Consulting Engineers, Inc. Brett also held the position of Senior Designer/Project Manager at R&W Engineering and served as President of PowerWave Engineering, where management of daily operations and electrical engineering for industrial and municipal projects was key. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Oregon Poly-Tech and a similar degree from Oregon Polytechnic Institute, complemented by military training in the U.S. Navy.
