Cheryl Sanders attended Wilmington University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they attended Miami University from 1994 to 1999, majoring in Psychology. In 2015, Cheryl obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.

Elder Care Services is the leading provider of community-based senior care in the Florida Big Bend. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for seniors and their caretakers. For over 50 years, providing compassionate home-based care has been a cornerstone of our mission. Since our founding in 1970 we have been driven by compassionate and generous community members. Each year, hundreds of individuals give thousands of hours of service, from delivering Meals on Wheels, to providing companionship, to supporting events. We are also our area's definitive source of accurate information on aging issues, services and programs affecting seniors and we actively advocate for seniors to fulfill unmet needs in the community.
