Joy McKinney

Joy McKinney has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and consulting. Joy started their career in 1994 as a Systems Engineer at EDS, where they worked until 1998. Joy then joined Cognos as a Principal Consultant, and later became a Managing Consultant at Cognos, an IBM company, from 2008 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, Joy worked as a Principal Business Intelligence Consultant at Freedom Consulting Group, LLC. Joy then joined CACI International Inc in 2017 as a Principal Data Analyst.

Since 2015, Joy has been working at Elder Research. Joy started as a Data Scientist and later became the Director and Senior Data Scientist in 2020. Joy continues to hold this position presently.

Joy McKinney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications as an IBM Certified Administrator - Cognos BI and an IBM Certified Designer - Cognos BI Reports.
