Customer Experience Operations Manager (acting Head Of Customer Experience) at Elder

Sarah Wiggill has held a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2012, they worked as a Holiday Camp Leader at Basecamp for Berkhamsted School. In 2015, they held two positions: a Supervisor/Waitress at HERE cafe in Berkhamsted and a Conservation Trainee for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT). In 2017, they worked as a Key Brands Buying Executive and a Key Brands Business Development Executive for Buyagift & Red Letter Days (Smartbox Group). Finally, since 2018, they have been a Customer Experience Manager for Elder HQ, as well as a Junior Sales Manager and Senior Sales Executive (Senior Care Advisor). In their roles, Sarah has managed teams, coached, and identified relevant training needed. Sarah has also consistently hit company KPIs and achieved high customer retention.

Sarah Wiggill attended Berkhamsted School from 2006 to 2012, and then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology from the University of Southampton between 2012 and 2015. Sarah also holds two certifications from PADI, an Advanced Scuba-Diving License and an Open Water Scuba-Diving License.
