Samantha Miller

Samantha Miller is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in site operations and project management. Currently serving as Site Operations Manager across multiple facilities at Eldercare since September 2018, Samantha has a solid background in leadership and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. Prior to Eldercare, positions included Commissioning Manager for the Pathology nRAH Project at SA Health and Facilitator for the Leading Clinicians program, which focused on enhancing leadership capabilities among multi-professional clinicians. Additional roles encompassed Lead Project Manager for a statewide Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) service initiative and Project Manager for both the Arthroplasty Demand & Allocation Management project and the Culture & Capability initiative, aimed at improving patient access and operational efficiencies. Samantha holds a Master's of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and degrees in Registered Nursing from Flinders University.
