Orla Concannon

Orla Concannon has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. In 2003, they served as the National Fundraising Manager for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. In 2005, they joined PCI Medical as the Director of Sales & Marketing, and later became their Director of Marketing in 2012. From 2010 to 2012, Orla worked as the Marketing Director at Aegis Living. In 2015, they founded Eldergrow, where they hold multiple roles including Founder, CEO, Therapeutic Horticulturist, and Naturalist. Eldergrow is an award-winning company that brings nature indoors to senior living residents, aiming to improve their quality of life through innovative horticulture programs.

Orla Concannon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing/Management from Villanova University in the years 1990 to 1994. In 1993, they also attended the University of Galway to study European Economics as part of the European Union program. Later on, they pursued a Healthcare Leadership Executive MBA at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they engaged in a Horticultural Therapy Program in the Gerontology Department at Legacy Health Hospital, but the dates of their enrollment and completion in this program are unknown.
