Diane Umayam assures that the Elders have access to and receive high-quality housing and care, which has long been a commitment of mine. Consequently, she has spent her entire career in Senior Services. In addition to serving as a General Manager/CEO of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, she has held local and regional positions at a Home Health Agency. Currently, she the VP of Health Services at Leisure Care. They operate Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across the country. It is her privilege to provide Operational Support to the teams in the community while working closely with the Corporate Clinicians regarding Health & Wellness and Memory Care. As a member of Eldermark’s Client Advisory Board, she look forward to expanding that scope to positively impact the utilization of technology in delivering and documenting resident care- particularly in this changing environment.
