Lauren Chan

Lauren Chan serves as the Senior Director of Compliance at Elderplan Inc, where the focus is on managing the Compliance Program and fostering professional relationships across various stakeholders. With a career at Elderplan that began in 2016 as a Compliance Specialist and progressed through various roles, including Compliance Manager and Assistant Director, Lauren has developed extensive expertise in compliance practices. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Content at Pinnacle Creative Studio and as a Project Manager at EmblemHealth, along with roles in risk management at UBS Investment Bank and health outcomes research at Via Research, LLC. Lauren holds an MBA in International Business Management from St Mary’s University and a BS in Management from the University of Connecticut, along with additional educational qualifications in international business.
