Denise Raby SPHR PHRca SHRM-SCP is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in diverse industries, including retail and facility services. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Elder's Ace Hardware since February 2018, Denise leads HR initiatives for a multi-store chain encompassing 28 locations and over 700 associates. Prior to this role, Denise held key positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at ERMC, overseeing HR for a workforce of 3,500, and Director of Property Administration at The Mills Corporation. Denise has demonstrated a strong ability to develop innovative HR programs that align with business objectives, enhance employee relations, and foster organizational development throughout a distinguished career. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Frostburg State University.
