Roger Ridenour serves as the Operations Manager at Elder's Ace Hardware since October 2021, having previously held an Operations Support position within the same company from February 2015 to April 2018. Prior experience includes a role as AEMT and Firefighter at Rural/Metro Corporation from March 2018 to November 2021 and a brief tenure as Accounting Specialist III at SAIC in 2020. Roger Ridenour's educational background includes an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services from Tennessee Technological University, a BBA from King University, an AAS in EMT-B from Pellissippi State Community College, and an EMT-A certification from Roane State Community College.
