Gabrielle Garay is a Communications Specialist at ElderSource, Inc. since November 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including News Producer, Associate Producer, and Studio Technician at Cox Media Group from May 2018 to November 2022. Gabrielle also served as an intern at WJCT Public Broadcasting in early 2018 and contributed to Flagler College Television while simultaneously holding the position of Senior Writer for The Gargoyle, the college's student newspaper. Additional experience includes internships at Folio Weekly and WFCF 88.5 Flagler College Radio as a Radio DJ. Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Production from Flagler College, graduating in 2018.

Aging is inevitable. We can choose to age alone and isolated from friends, family, even the world. Or we can choose to age with dignity and independence with friends, family and our communities. The goal at ElderSource is to continue to serving our seniors, adults with seven county service area with such programs as the Aging and Disability Resource Center HelpLine, adults with disabilities, Veterans, the Mobile Resource Center, Elder Abuse Prevention, SNAP Nutrition Program, Transportation Services, LGBT Elders, Care Transitions Coaching, mental health services and so much more! You can help us ensure that seniors and their caregivers have support, access to care and the resources they need to live life to its fullest. We reach out to more than 12,000 people each year to people in our seven county service area including: Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties. The programs and activities of ElderSource are funded by federal, state and local grants as well as private donations and endowments. The mission of ElderSource is to empower individuals to age with independence and dignity by providing leadership, direction, advocacy and support for a comprehensive, coordinated continuum of care.
